Rearranging iOS Photos & Albums

I realize reluctantly the lack of in-depth design of the iOS photo app & albums. However, I have a few questions.

1) Is there a way of combining albums I created? If I want to move photos from one album to the next will they be placed sequentially by the metadata date or will they be placed last in the list?

2) If I want to rearrange photos in an album is there any way to do so?

3) Is there a way to enhance the menu bar's assigned geographical location. E.g., from Great Barrier Reef NP to Hook Reef, GBRNP?

4) Why can't a video be placed into Apple Keynote slides as easily as a photo?
